Refund and Returns Policy

At Razz Biopharma, customer satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. We follow strict quality control measures to ensure that all products delivered to you meet the highest standards. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions, in compliance with applicable laws and safety guidelines.

A return request may be accepted if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong product or incorrect quantity

  • The product has expired before the delivery date

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Original invoice and order details must be provided

Products that are opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.


Refunds

Once your return request is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

  • Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side

If the product is out of stock, we may offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement of equal value (upon your approval)


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales

  • Products without original packaging or invoice

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling


How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us with:

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
